Aiki Intensive

Three day-long sessions focused on the in-depth study of the foundations of Aikido

• Development of internal power
• Essence of Aikido technique and principle
• Connection to traditional Japanese sword (based on Sensei's training in Kashima Shin Ryu)

This is personalized training in a small group (class size is limited to 20 people). These sessions provide a unique experience impossible to duplicate in larger groups.

Cost: $375 for the full series

Times: 9-noon, 2-4pm
